Service Crew

Download a service crew application here .

You too can help make our conference a success! Be a part of the conference by joining a dedicated group of volunteers on the Service Crew. In exchange for your time and effort, you will be reimbursed all but $50 of your registration fee (Note: Service Crew will need to pay for their own housing/meals. The reimbursement amount is based on early bird registration).

The Service Crew is the heart and soul of the conference. Service Crew jobs include registration, bookstore, information booth, meals, set-up and teardown, and various other administrative and logistical jobs.

Service Crew members are obligated to:

  • Attend a service crew orientation on Friday April 23, at 4:00 PM
  • Work at least 8 hours, but not more than 24
  • Work at least three shifts during workshops times
  • Sign up for three non-workshop times
  • Stay on-site until after breakdown on Sunday.

There are 15 Service Crew slots to be filled. Individual applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis and must be RECIEVED before Friday March 1, 2010. If you are part of a group or school, each person needs to complete a form.

Note: We can use your help before the conference as well! Please indicate on the application if you are also available Friday, April 23rd before 4:00 pm.
